CENTRAL DISCOVERY HO CHI MINH CITY - DA NANG - HOI AN – HUE

The Centre of Viet Nam is well-known as a heritage region where you can together explore a range of ancient cultural sites. From Da Nang, the first stop is at the Cham Museum which houses the finest collection of Champa sculptures. Continue to visit the Marble Mountains - a scenic spot with mysterious caves, sacred temples, shrines, pagodas and a great view of the surrounding area. The caves can only be reached by climbing steep steps – trying it for once to challenge yourselves.
Hoi An, which was known to early Western merchants and one of the major trading centres of the Southeast Asia in the 16th century, has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roofed houses and narrow streets; in which the original structures of some of these streets are still virtually intact. Take an excursion to visit some major highlights of this ancient city: the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, the 200- year- old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the vibrant local market. Don’t forget to enjoy your shopping on silk lanterns and clothings.
A hundred kilometers away from Hoi An is Hue - the ancient Kingdom of Nguyen Dynasty. Coming here and take a short excursion to visit the Imperial Citadel  including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City. 
The rest of the day is for visiting Thien Mu pagoda – the symbol of Hue. Embark on a boat for cruising downstream on the Perfume River to Trang Tien Bridge.
      
Day 01, DA NANG – ARRIVAL                                            L, D
Upon arrival in Da Nang, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Free at leisure. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 02, CITY TOUR OF DA NANG                               B, L, D                                                         
Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to visit Da Nang City. The first stop is at the Cham Museum in Da Nang, which houses the finest collection of Champa sculptures; some of them may date back to as early as 7th century. Continue to visit Marble Mountains, a scenic spot with mysterious caves, sacred temples, shrines, pagodas and a great view of the surrounding area. The caves can be reached by climbing steep steps.
Have lunch at a local restaurant. 
In the afternoon, free at leisure.
Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 03, DA NANG – HOI AN                                           B, L, D
Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Hoi An. Arrive in Hoi An, which is known to early Western merchants and was one of the major trading centres of the Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Have dinner with dishes of specialties of Hoi An: White rose cake , Mi Quang & Cao Lau noodles.

Day 04, HOI AN – DA NANG – HUE                              B, L, D
Have breakfast at hotel. Depart to Hue. Stop over at the top of Hai Van pass for photo shooting. Arrive in Hue. Have lunch.
In the afternoon, take a short excursion to visit Imperial Citadel  including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City. 
The rest of the day is for visiting Thien Mu Pagoda – the symbol of Hue. Embark on a boat for cruising downstream on the Huong River to Trang Tien Bridge. Enjoy spectacular scenes of the Huong River on sunset. Tonight you enjoy royal dinner with dishes of typically Hue style specialties. 
Overnight in Hue.
Day 05, HUE – DA NANG – DEPARTURE                     B, L
Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to visit the most beautiful mausoleums around Hue: Tu Duc Mausoleum and Khai Dinh Mausoleum. 
Transfer to Da Nang and take departure flight. Pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport. Transfer to the original point.
