DAY 01: HO CHI MINH – CHAU DOC (L, D)
Pick up at hotel. Departure for Cao Lanh, Dong Thap Province. Have breakfast at Mekong Rest Stop. Stop in My Hiep to take a 2-hour boat trip cruising through Tram Forest which was used by so - called VIET CONG ARMY during the anti-American war time as a base called Xeo Quyt. That was a vast forest with deserted canal surrounded by aquatic grass and plants, tall trees and vines. See the making of incense sticks. Lunch. Then visit Go Thap Monument, learn Oc-eo culture. Proceed to Chau Doc. Check-in hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Chau Doc.
DAY 02: CHAU DOC – CAN THO (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. Take boat trip to see Floating Houses with caged fish breeding; visit a village of Cham ethnic minority, the making of towel weaving, local mosque where Cham children learn Arabic. Lunch. Then visit Chua Xu Lady Temple – the most popular place of pilgrimage in the country. There was a legend about this Lady and most of Vietnamese believe that she has a great power that lured thousands of people came and prayed every year. Besides, visit Tay An Temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau Mausoleum. Then have time to admire Vietnam - Cambodia border from the top of Sam Mountain. Proceed to Can Tho City, that regarded as the “Westerm City” of Vietnam. Dinner on Cruise along Can Tho River. Overnight in Can Tho.
DAY 03: CAN THO – HO CHI MINH (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel. See round Cai Rang Floating Market, have chance to experience a special type of market in which all purchasing activities take place on boats and ships; the shops and stalls at the market are boats of different sizes. Then to see the magnificent natural setting and peaceful life in rural Vietnam with thatched cottages and visit the rice noodles making village. Lunch.
Back to Ho Chi Minh City. Drop you off at your hotel. End of services.
